All orders from BitcoinATM360 come with remote on-line support for as long as the original purchaser owns the machine. This includes:
Support on operational issues: In the event that you have an issue with you BitcoinATM, simple contact BitcoinATM360 support, and we will work on your behalf with the manufacturer. 9 times out of 10 we have seen the issue before and can walk you through the fix easily.
Notifications: new software, maintenance schedules, and other periodic events.

Different manufacturers have different lead times, depending on inventory in their warehouse and manufacturing volume. We will update the order with the relevant tracking number once the shipping is set-up by the manufacturer and provided to us. We proactively monitor all orders and shipping.
If you need a PDF invoice, please feel free to contact support with your request. Please include the Order number(s) so that we may quickly generate the invoices and e-mail them to you. We will only e-mail invoices to the e-mail address on the account.
We do not currently take Fiat (USD, GBP, AUS, YEN, or any other government issued currency), only Bitcoin. But send Terry an e-mail and we can probably work something out.
When paying by Bitcoin, you will be presented with our public address. You will have 1 hour to transfer BTC to the address before the invoice will time out. If the invoice times out, simply re-checkout and you can initiate transfer.
There could be an issue if you initiate transfer towards the end of the hour period, or if blocks take an inordinate amount of time to be found. If there is any issue, just contact support and we will get it sorted out for you.
